Food was fab and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. Had fashionable double room with queen beds, large glass windows, bathroom. Central location just off several major theatres as well as rail station, it was in a shopping area.

Everything was simply good. The weather was beautiful, had great stay at a Ritz-Carlton hotel. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was excellent. Venue's lobby was lovely with consistently courteous personnel.

it was a contemporary place, had caring staff in all areas. its location was central, just walking distance from royal alexandra theatre. though the bed in our room was uncomfortable, we liked the hotel.
Cold bathroom and Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I enjoyed this fabulous hotel, it did not disappoint. Everything was so perfect - a newly renovated room and an extensive breakfast. And it also had truly wonderful view. Staff were WELCOMING, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to downtown.
